She's got that Ba Star look,..

Hello lovelies,
Hope everyone had a good March, sweet April is just around the corner and I am ready for good weather to arrive. For starters I will like to share with you guys a fabulous new eye shadow palette (courtesy from Ba Star) which has become my new obsession. The palette includes 3 mineral eye shadows and 2 gel glitters. Spring-time is here and I want to show you how to create a calm natural eye shadow using the Ba Star Natural Shadow Palette. It's perfect not only for an every day look but also for a fun night out.

Step 1: Apply on the lid using the "Bronze" eye shadow.
Step 2: Apply the "Cocoa" shadow on the outside corner of the lid to create a softer smokey effect.
Step 3: Apply the same "cocoa" shadow underneath the eye as well.
Step 4: Then we go on to applying the highlight shade along the browbone using the "Nude" eye shadow.
Step 5: Add the "Gold - gel glitter" on top of the lid shade and around the outside corner.
Step 6: Finally add a black eye linear on the lash-line.

I hope you guys found my six steps easy, don't forget to check out the rest of the eye shadows that Ba Star has to offer

The Creation of Beauty is Art.

A lot of things has changed through out the years but one thing that no one dares to miss (in my circle of friends) are the birthday celebrations. It's a special day that we all hold dear to our hearts and of course we go all out. Last week, on my best friend 25th birthday we decided to do an extreme make-over to one of his friends. Check out these 12 steps that took to her new transformation look.
 ^^ BEFORE ^^
^^ AFTER ^^
Step 1: Use the Maybelline Dream Lurni Touch Highlighting Concealer (Honey Miel) to cover the imperfections and brighten up the look of the skin. First I created a "t" from the top of the forehead to the bridge of the nose, add a little bit to the under-eye area and then created dots around the cheeks. Spread the concealer very gently, I used the e.l.f Studio Concealer brush instead of using the Makeup Sponge Applicator.
Step 2: Apply the CoverGirl Professional Loose Powder (Translucent Fair - 105) around the face. We want to blend the concealer and try to make the skin look healthy and natural as possible.
Step 3: Apply the lid shade eye color shadow.
Ladies, the Victorias Secret Make-Up Kit Palettes is a great must have palette with over 30 silk eye shadows, 5 lipsticks, 5 lip gloss, 4 blushes, 3 bronzes and many more. We chose a sky blue eye shadow which is perfect since we want to create a "sexy look" for a fun night out in the big city.
Another great eye shadows that I love to use are the Mary-Kay Mineral Eye Colors.
Step 4: Apply the "Sweet Cream" highlight shade on top of the brow-bone and on the under-eye area as well.
Step 5: Add "Chocolate Kiss" on top of the lid shade eye color.
Step 6: Final apply the "Expresso" crease shade outside corner of the lid shade to add a smokey effect.
Step 7: Create a perfect eye linear by using the e.l.f cream eyeliner (less messy and doesn't burn your eyes) with the e.l.f small angled brush on upper and lower lash-lines.
Step 8: Add a little bit of Victoria Secret Shimmer Eye Shadow (After Dark) outside the corner of the eye to create a smokey but not over dramatic, apply it with the concealer brush for a softer look.
Step 9: Applied the Victorias Secret Baked Mineral Bronzing Powder (Goddess) just under the cheek bones and each side of the bridge nose to add shade. NOTE; When choosing your bronzer make sure its not to dark for your skin tone. It's best to choose a bronzer with different shade of tones to make it look more natural.
Step 10: Add the Victorias Secret Luminous Mineral Blush Duo (Surrender) near top of the cheek bone.
Step 11: Finally, apply the CoverGirl NatureLuxe Mousse Mascara which is 20% lighter than most mascara.
Step 12: Start curling the bottom hair by grabbing thick amounts of it. As you work your way up start curling small amounts at a time. Allow it to cool off first (while hair was cooling off from the curling iron heat I applied the make-up) before styling the hair. In order to get this results I used the Infinity by Conair 1 1/4 inch curling iron which is great because it leaves a healthy looking curls.
